• Usage data: feature interactions, error logs, query metadata (no sensitive financial info).
• Payment data: processed by Paddle (card details, billing address, tax IDs). We do not handle full card numbers.

• Provide and improve product functionality & performance.
• Customer support and billing (via Paddle).
• Fraud prevention, security audits, and compliance.

3. Legal basis

Under GDPR: contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable.

4. Sharing

We share necessary data with trusted processors: Paddle (payments & tax), Clerk (auth), hosting/logging providers—under appropriate DPAs and minimal scope.

After account closure, we retain necessary billing records for accounting/compliance (Paddle retains per its policy). App content is kept minimally and can be deleted upon request.
