Payments & invoices

All payments, taxes, and invoices are handled by Paddle. After payment, you’ll receive a receipt email with a link to manage invoices and subscription.

How do I cancel?

Use the “Manage Subscription” link in your receipt, or contact us at gkxyuwen@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes—14‑day refund guarantee (see Terms). Email us with your order ID and we’ll refund via Paddle.

How are taxes calculated?

Paddle (Merchant of Record) automatically calculates VAT/sales tax based on your billing address and local regulations.

Support response time

We typically reply within 24 hours on business days. For priority, contact us directly by email.

Invoice details / tax IDs

You can fill these at checkout or update them from your receipt management page.
